Customer service is awesome! Everyone is so helpful and friendly with their customers. If I would change anything about my visit it would be the customer lounge area. Not enough chairs and it feels like sitting in a doctors office. I mean honestly if I may, if your customer is #1 then I would definitely update your customer lounge area!

I am completely satisfied with the service department at Spitzer. Keenya Hogan, my service advisor, has been extremely understanding and knowledgeable. I email her and she promptly calls me to schedule a service visit for my 2024 Trax. I had an issue with the daytime running lights flashing while driving down the road, as well as my air conditioner stopping after longer periods of driving. It took about a month to get a sensor to fix the lights. We were hoping that sensor would miraculously fix the air also, it did not. I took the car back in and was given a rental so the air conditioning issue could be looked at further. After driving, testing modules and blower motor circuits, the issue was discovered. Too much refrigerant was put in at the factory causing the evaporator to ice up and this restricted the air flow. Very happy to have the car in working order!
