My car was in an accident earlier this month. We decided to call Southlake collision center. The staff was exceptionally nice from the day we dropped off our car to when we picked it up. The car had a lot of damage and we were unsure if it could be saved. They did everything in their power to save the vehicle and were able to make it happen! When we called we mostly talked to Kim. Kim was so nice and very helpful every time we called. Thank you Southlake Collision for the fantastic job!

Great service from Dave and the employees. Dropped car off on Monday and Dave told my wife it could possibly be done on Friday. Friday morning was informed the car was all done. Very well cleaned also. Exceptional service. Very recommended.

Had a horrible experience at this shop. Made an appointment for Thursday 8am. We dropped off the car Wednesday night so it would already be there. Around noon Thursday I call to inquire on the status of the vehicle. I was told they were very busy and would be looking at it soon and will reach back to me when they do. I called again around 5pm to get an update since nobody called back. I was again told they were busy and that I should have made an appointment. After the guy I spoke with saw I had a appointment he apologized and said they would make sure they call in the morning Friday. Around 1pm Friday I still hadn't received a call and decided to call them again. I ended up taking my car and leaving. Communication is horrible here. People need updates on diagnosing hour vehicles problem, cost to fix, and an eta on when it will be fixed. I figured such a thing would be standard at a repair shop, but not here. Being busy is a justifiable excuse to leave you in the dark and keep your car for days with zero updates unless you constantly bug them. Never returning here again.
