Wow! I was the victim of truck tire retread that knocked my front bumper off and did so e damage. I am driving across the country to move from PA to IA so I just went to the closest Toyota dealership. I am so grateful I landed here. They took me in right away, checked everything out, told me there is no mechanical damage, and fixed what they could do I could continue on my journey. To top everything off, they refused to charge me. Great service and such kindness. This is why I love Toyota!!

2 hours one day to determine the tire wasn't able to be salvaged...had to order the tire, ok fine. Told 45 min to an hour wait for the next day, we are just putting on a tire...... 2 hours later and I'm still here. Lost enough hours at work this point paying for a tire would have been cheaper. Ridiculous
