Southern Tire Mart at Pilot

4 Star because i was Overchaged with 1) $12 each per each tire on Tire Disposal ($96 charged. Should be $72 for 6 tires Disposal) 2) $134 Sunday-Holiday Call Service I drove to shop n didnt call for dispatch service & why am i charged for it? also i kept 2 tires as back up tires n shouldn't charge for $24 (2 tires x $12) Other than that crew worked on my truck trailer fast & it only took 3 hours total for replacement of 8 tires. I had 2 studs on my dually break off and these guys came out to repair it. A bit pricey at $1200 but they stayed under the quoted price and got me off the side of the road. My hub was damaged and I let Dustin (I think was his name) and Jesse both know I wanted them to source the new hub and I'd have them repair it once I limped the bus back to their shop. The next day I called and spoke with Jesse to confirm I needed the part and wanted to move forward with repair. He told me they were on it. Fast forward to 4 business days later I go into the shop to get an update to find nothing has been done. Dustin tells me he will get on it and verifies he has my correct phone number. Fast forward a week later,,, still hadn't heard a word from them. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere. Vote with your wallet folks, don't use these guys that's for sure.

I came in to the shop for vibrations in my truck. The guys there inspected my truck from front to back and noticed my alignment was out of wack. They were able to get my truck straightened out and all axles in the green. They all made a great team effort! I highly recommend this shop to all drivers! I am very appreciative for what has been done as well their energy was beyond. That’s perfection..

I came in for a tire since mine blew on the I40 Arizona. Thankfully Southern Tire was open and only 10 min to wait. I walked in to be greeted by a cool guy, Jensen. Jensen gave me an estimate and Terrance worked on my trailer. They were very quick with their work. I didn't want to leave the shop, It almost felt like hanging out with my friends. I definitely recommend this place. By the way, I got a great tire for a great deal. Thank you Jensen and Terrance!

I had 2 tires on my RV that needed replacing. All of the staff were very pleasant and professional. Travis was very reasonable with the pricing. The Tech Jimmy was very professional and kept me informed on his work, especially since he ran into a few complications with the old tires. He went the extra mile and checked all of the tires to make sure no other issues were there. I highly recommend this store.

A few months ago I went to this tire store asking to borrow a tool because I had a coolant leak and was missing a tool! I don’t remember the guys name who worked there, I think his name is Jensen. But he has glasses and is sort of young! This guy went to his personal tool box and let me borrow the Allen wrench needed for the job! I’m not kidding, whenever I need something again in arizona, I will make sure I stop there and give them business! Customer service is both important when spending money, and when not spending money! If I ever need a real tire repair or even something I can’t fix while driving through arizona, I hope i can make it there!

Jensen and the guys at STM are absolute rockstars!! Not only do they do excellent work but the value is there. Took our Kenworth in for a hub axel seal repair and it was done before we knew it. Of all the shops around, I’m glad we were fortunate enough to be close to this one.
