I came here to change the tyre of my trailer and when I talked to the faty girl at the reception and asked how much you charge she told me that first we will see the situation of your tyre and after seeing the situation of tyre we will tell you, I asked her again how much you will charge she didn't tell me and when I left the shop they opened the tyre of my trailer without my approval, when I went to the office again I asked how much you will charge they told me 166 dollars for changing the tyre and when I told them that you are charging me too much they closed both the doors of the office when I asked why did you close the doors of the office they abused me a lot and tried to attack me, please don't come here they are very big fraud peoples and try to kill customers. I am afraid to deals with staff. Please dont come here They are killers and mechanic try to punch my face inside the office.

I am traveling in a fifth wheel, I have a problem with the spare tire on my truck would not hold air. They got me back on the road in no time.. The cost was reasonable

Checked in at 0750 am . Second truck to check in 3 1/2 hours later still waiting to get a call to come to the shop. These truck shops do not care about the drivers anymore. They get paid by the hour , so if they only work on two trucks all day they still make the same money. The people that pay their wages get treated the worse. This is just not the shop but the Pilot in general treats the drivers the same. So after a 4 hour wait they got me in the repairs took about 5 to 10 minutes and out the door I went. I did really appreciate that when he was done he shook my hand and said you’re done have a good day. Without doing any paperwork

Great costumer service and very friendly. Quick in and out no wait and waist time. All filters in stock. Highly recommend instead of TA in Albuquerque always huge line and wait time and no oil and fuel filters. Thank you.

It’s a RIPOFF. On 3-9-25. I stopped by for oil change and one marker light not working, after agreed on the price for the oil change package they found out they did not have my fuel filter, I said no problem I have one the girl in front office, which really was not friendly at all said: if you use your own filter, then we have to charge you more money, That was A red flag for me, Because I didn’t ask for any discount for using my own filter since they didn’t have one. Then I asked what about the marker light she said we will take a look at it but we charge $143 per hour and it’s going to be a minimum of one hour labor, Again that is to take a look at it. I said but can you fix it? She said we have to take a look at it first then decide but you have to pay, I said so I have to pay you $143 just to look at it??. I said that is a rip off . And I left peacefully.
