Plenty of staff at any time, smart workers, including those willing to look up information. Clean store, well stocked, plenty parking, easy to get in and out of parking lot. Patient group, its a nice store!

I’ve bit my tongue too many times. Every time I come in here and have to deal with the store manager I ask myself how the store manager here even got to be in this position. It’s like this kid does not care. He’s turned away my sister before claiming he can’t find her warranty only for me to come back with her and have him pull it up first try with the same info she gave him. He does not greet people when they enter the store, doesn’t even look up when you walk in. Shows no sign that he actually cares to be there. there is no enthusiasm he just seems bored talking to you. When you ask for parts he just spits out price and doesn’t even tell you the product info or flip the screen for you to see I had to ask but he didn’t answer and I ended up just leaning over to look at the screen to see what he was telling me the price on which was just the cheapest he didn’t even tell me the other options. All this just for him to turn away my transaction because he didn’t have change for my bill. Between him and his other counter person they couldn’t get me change. He turned me away and I asked him doesn’t he have a safe and he said banks are closed. Are you telling me you can’t borrow from the safe to give change on this cash transaction. You won’t make up $80 at all today to pay the safe back? This guy is just lazy. Doesn’t even grab sales floor items for you or walk you to the item he just points people to the section of the store ti find for themselves I can do it just fine I know these store like the back of my hand but I can only imagine how many people have left because they didn’t see what they were looking for. It’s always the same sad customer service from him. I’ve been a SM for autozone and O’Reillys before and this isn’t how you take care of customers. I can definitely tell he got to be the store manager because there was a vacancy and upper management was desperate to fill the position. Sadly I’ve seen it happen way too many times.

I went to 98th Tower store yesturday evening ,I was blown away at the customer service the two worker gave to each customer ,as I'm a lady they offered extra customer service and another Lady was in store needing service they were both soo very helpful and friendly overall stores I have gone to !Highly recommend

If you stop by this location you better hope that chase is in because no offense but the store manager and the other females that work there pretty much misdiagnosed my vehicle I went in for a check engine light and they misdiagnosed my car with a bad pressure control solenoid which was not even the problem I called again and Chase told me to come in and he diagnosed it as a O2 sensor like I said if you go to this location you better hope that he's there or ask for him 👍🏽

Soooo I called to get an order I placed and didn’t answer 3 calls and the 4th call they hung up on me so I went in to get the part for my power steering and alternator and heard moaning in the back🤨 usually there’s 3 to 4 employees but I guess there where 2 employees despite the moaning😀👌🏻 good job bro hope you get fired😂 so I left and just and came back an hour later to find out there where 2 employees and the girl got railed easy 🤣🤣🤣
