I was happy with my nissan purchase until today. I'm currently at this location. I has an appointment for an oil change. Tire rotation. A service which I purchased when I purchased my car. 1st I spoke with the manager of this establishment. I made him aware thar at the time of purchase I asked Casey about roof racks for my car. She informed me I could purchase said roof racks on ebay and pop them on myself for a couple hundred bucks. Turns out this was not true. In addition to roof racks, I need rails....after explaining that I wasn't complaining, but sales persons should not tell customers things without full knowledge of what they are talking about. He googled something that clips onto the door? So..I just dropped it..then in service department I was informed 70 bucks for cabin air filter? And a charge for tire rotation? No! After checking..which I can't believe they didn't do before hand, everything was actually covered! And not to mention 3 hours to have these few things done? I cannot recommend this establishment. I was just told this vehicle cannot accept rails and I'll have to purchase something aftermarket? I'm so upset. Casey told me a couple hundred off ebay and they just pop on. You can do it yourself. I DISPISE MISINFORMATION!!!!! Never again Nissan!!!!
