Took my ford explorer in for water pump replacement, ended up the water pump was replaced fine but after radiator needed replace for a crack. then found the splash guards from the inner fenders were missing. Asked if they still had then and NO. Beware and check how many parts are missing or damaged before leaving if you dare take your in.

Had my vehicle in this shop twice in the past year and both times it was given back unfixed. It also took them months to “fix” it. I would advise against taking your vehicle here if you want it fixed correctly and in a timely manner. I just got my car back yesterday and already can’t drive it. I’m so disappointed.

Was told they would look at my car in 3 or 4 days, two weeks later they hadn't touched it. It was still sitting on the street. My wife called and the person she spoke with said " well if you're in a hurry, you can come and pick it up", so I did. Needless to say, I will never give my business to this rude and unprofessional place again. Wish I could rate it a zero.
