Great service, wonderful people! From start to finish, very impressed. My service manager Arsen was fantastic and explained everything to me. When getting my loaner car the wonderful woman Monica over hear me talking to another customer that I was taking my teenager nephew and his mum to Universal Studios. Monica made sure I had an SUV to take them in comfort! I found this incredibly thoughtful on her part and demonstrates the high level of service one will experience at South Bay BMW. A rare quantity these says for sure. The video service explanation is wonderful to understand what is going on with your car. Plus I feel very confident in mechanics that have furthered their knowledge with getting certified in BMW's. Everybody at South Bay BMW is friendly and helpful. The Service Guys are honest, the mechanics give you a personal video of highlights and corrections you require. I’m going to continue to lease from them because of the professional and personal attention they give.

My car needed a routine oil change but I didn’t get a chance to make an appointment. I expected long wait times for walk ins but to my surprise, cars were being attended to fairly quickly considering how busy it was. I was greeted by service advisor Eddie Calderon who made sure my visit was quick and stress free. Even got a chance to speak with the vehicle technician Ernesto Luna who reassured me that my BMW was well taken care of. Vehicle service was prompt. Customer service was great. I was in and out of the dealership after just an hour and I couldn’t be happier.

Meshlin has been absolutely exceptional to work with. She stayed late after her shift to wait for me when I unexpectedly had to have my car towed in for repair, kept me continuously updated as we waited for parts to arrive, made sure I had a car to drive in the meantime, and was helpful and personable every step of the way. I drive from Santa Monica to this location because of the level of service. BMW, once again, has earned my continued loyalty.
