Took my car in on a Monday at 11:30 for an oil change and power steering service and diagnostic review. Was told it would take 2 days which meant Wednesday. I called on Tuesday to find out the status and cost of repairs and was told that the car would not be ready until the end of the week, although the oil change had been done. "they ran into a snag and were under construction". The service here is getting more and more horrible. Last year when I brought my car in for an oil change it took 3 hours. I really miss Fred.

This place is amazing! I bought my "Caddy" 6 mos ago. I stopped in to get a little help with all of my new "gadgets". My salesman Philip happened to be there. He remembered who I was. LOVE this! Now THAT'S what I call customer service! Yup, they will have me as a customer for many years!

I receive top notch service. My service rep is very thorough in his explanation of what is in need of service and what it will cost. The waiting areas are comfortable offer a variety of refreshments and of course the car wash is well done too. I leave with a smile on my face!

Extremely poor customer service when it comes to helping you save any money at all on service, especially after market service. Have a cross threaded oil pan? Their recommendation, replace the whole thing, have a leaky gasket on your radiator? They will sell you a whole new radiator. Be prepared if you go in for a simple oil change to be presented with 2-6 thousand in optional repairs to make you feel great the rest of the week.
