Customer BEWARE. Initially I thought these folks were great, however after they installed a new AC unit on my trailer, for $2000. and insisted "there is no filter to clean"- which I later realized was not the case, & also realizing they had installed the ceiling unit in a manner in which, the filter could Not be cleaned, due to being 1 inch from the wall, creating No Access. I called Robbie up- His first words were "I feel like you are calling us Idiots" second words, "Most businesses would keep the money & say Too Bad". My answer was" Not if they wanted to stay in business"_ To which he replied "I would be Cautious". Not sure what that means, but sounded very much like a threat to me. I chose to have the ceiling unit fixed/replaced somewhere else. Cost another $450. I reached out to Robbie and asked it they would cover that cost. He said "Bring in the old unit and I will give you $450." I dropped off the unit 9/16, he said he needed to be sure it worked. Two months go by, he would not answer my calls, no response- finally I went and collected the unit. Robbie claimed it wasn't operational.There was absolutely nothing wrong with the unit. This guy is a scammer, and in the end he did exactly what he said he would do- He kept the money and said "Too Bad". Very disappointing, and one final insult to injury....each time my trailer was at their shop, someone USED my toilet! Who does that. Never again.

We needed immediate help with a faulty exhaust system. Robbie and his staff made room in their schedule and got us in the next morning, fixed the problem, and had us on our way in 2 hours. Great service at a fair price.

Ignore every other review and read this one. Our RV broke down on the highway on a Sunday evening. I called So-Cal. They didn’t answer but I did text the after hours number. They responded. They allowed us to stay in our RV in the parking lot overnight after being towed. First thing Monday morning, the mechanics went to work and they went above and beyond. I honestly couldn’t believe how much they completed. They were even friendly! They knew we needed to get back on the road and managed to complete all the repairs less than 24 hours from the breakdown. Their store was very clean and stocked a lot of supplies. I can not recommend these guys enough!

Traveling from CA to OH and had a tire blow out on our camper that caused some extensive damage to the outside and inside of the camper. It was a Sunday afternoon and So-Cal was closed, but on a whim, we texted Ronnie and he said yes he could help us. He even let us stay in our camper on the property until morning when they could work on the camper. Fixed us up and sent us on our way. Everyone was so kind and explained things thoroughly. THANK YOU for helping us in this unfortunate situation!

I would give them a 10 if I could. 2000 miles from home, electric trailer brakes are no longer working. So-Cal was absolutely amazing. They came to the campground we were at, diagnosed for over an hour. Brad pin pointed the issue and said he would be back tomorrow to fix the problem even though they are closed on Friday. He and Hector were polite and knowledgeable. They promised not to leave us stranded and didn't! They charged a very fair rate also. They were a blessing!
