I had a trailer with surge brakes recently serviced with these folks. I have confidence in their quality of work and knowledge... I am listing 4 of 5 stars due to responsiveness primarilly. I brought my trailer here based on a recommendation. In my experience they were having a hard time aligning schedules to get it into the shop... when I did bring it in I waited in my truck until 1:30pm for it to be accepted since they had taken a late lunch (though I had called ahead and they said they would be back open at 1pm). I just felt like my job was an afterthough for them. Even when I came to pick the trailer up, there was some confusion and I had to wait roughly an hour to pay and pickup... even then I could not get my invoice since it was in a locked office. The staff was all friendly and knowledgeable... just not very responsive in my case. Their labor rate was pretty high for the work provided too over $300 in labor (not including parts) for single axle brake inspection and repacking bearings is about double what I have paid in the past. I guess thats the price for quality work in Barstow.

I was impressed, the whole place is very clean, the showroom and displays for parts and accessories is very well organized and well stocked. The whole staff is very helpful, professional, and friendly. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing RV repairs.

I just want to give a great big shout out to So Cal Auto Body for an amazing job they did on my daughters Kia Forte. Can’t even tell it was ever in an accident. Thank you guys! You are the Best!

Wow!! Made an RV faux pas this morning and needed a new gray tank valve asap. Good Sam’s referred us to So Cal Auto Body in Barstow, CA as we were headed in that direction and only 35 minutes away. Chad was our contact man and he was the epitome of professionalism -as was every tech there! They were thankfully able to retrieve the part we needed within 30 minutes and had us on our way within an hour. My husband and I have never seen such an immaculate and well designed auto body shop which was reflected in the way the business was run. If we lived in CA, we would make the trip to have any auto body work done at SoCal Auto Body. Thanks guys for being so very awesome!

At an RV Park in Dagget, California our motorhome wouldn't start. We were hoping not to have it towed. The owner of the park recommended a mobile repair service called SoCal Auto Body. SoCal was quick to send help, and made me feel confident they could do the job. It turned out to be no small matter! The repair required draining 30 gallons of fuel, and dropping the tank to replace a fuel pump. I was surprised they managed this at the park without making a huge mess of it. They overnight shipped the parts to get us on the road quickly. The two mechanics they sent were friendly, as was Robbie the owner. Nice job guys. Thanks SoCal!
