Rude. Waited 6 business days for them to get back to me about a tune I ordered for my mk6. They said I was missing a file they needed. I called to clarify what file and just told me “it’s in the email I sent you”. I get that but I sent that file. They said it would take another 3-4 business days to respond further. Just stay away. Go with a company that will actually appreciate your business and time.

Bought a tune and a month went by with no contact. Emailed about any updates and didn't receive a response. After waiting a couple days I emailed again asking for a refund and what do you know, I got a response. The reply wasn't about a refund but starting the tuning process so whatever. Got the first revision and it seemed ok, some issues but it's a start. The second revision doesn't shift right, I emailed the logs and told him about the shifting. No response even after emailing again and updating about which gears seem to have issues shifting. It seems like a load detection issue in the map like it can't decide what gear to be in. Anyway I would not recommend a tune from them. Now I'm down money and didn't even get a full tune. Also last year I emailed sneaky for help on diagnosing an issue and had bought a tune then. After messaging back and forth for like 2 months and still couldn't pin point the issue I let him keep the tune purchase money for helping me while not getting a tune because of the issue I was having. So technically has been paid twice for a tune I don't have.

My FBO Mk7 gli had nothing but issues with running his custom tune. Emailed Sneeky about the concerns after several revisions with fix. Switched to EQT and first revision car was hands down so much better to drive with my fixed concerns I had. I’d stare clear of Sneeky and his sketchy tuning.

Wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing a "tune by mail" for my MK6 GTI after putting a K04 on. Like other reviews, had slow and rude communication. The tune seemed like it was a copy and paste for another car; MAF was scaled incorrectly but he blamed it on the car. Only after flashing the Cobb Stage 1+ off the shelf tune for the stock MAF did he bother checking and correcting this. Pointed fingers at the turbo and called the company that makes it garbage when his tune was set to only request 16 psi of boost as discovered when logging. To top things off, I recently had to get emissions testing done and the tune caused me to fail; Oxygen sensors were in a perpetual "unready" state. He claimed he didn't code this, but loading the Cobb Stage 1+ map to the car the readiness codes set in less than 20 miles of driving and I passed emissions with flying colors. His tune couldn't manage oxygen sensor readiness in about 2,000 miles and 3 months. Don't waste your money getting a "tune by mail" with this guy. At least not for VWs.
