⚠️ WARNING! Make sure you stay and watch your car being done,my classic car was damaged the custom box was built wrong and was still put in with lack of respect for the car or the customer.You pay the price they ask but it cost way more time fixing the things that were damaged as a result of poor EVERYTHING they didn't tell me about the damage and failed to properly build what was required,after leaving people started pulling up to me and letting me know that I only had one rear tailight that I never had a problem with BEFORE the work,the owner said he'd fix the paint that was damaged but after noticing the shitty job that was done I just wouldn't let them do any more damage,I'm having to go to a REAL stereo place to have all the work trashed and a complete redo of my system and my paint is chipped up,it wasn't perfect to start but wasn't chipped,I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! 0 out of 10

I had a really good experience at active sound. They did a great job on installing my stereo. They ordered a part that I need for perfect fit. They We’re very helpful. Every step of the way They had the best prices in town as well. I would definitely recommend their friendly service and their affordable prices

This place is a DIAMOND in Hemet!! The main guy Carlos is my AUDIO GENIUS in my phone contacts. I am forever grateful not only for the quality of the work and the life time guarantee of the work but also the Epic knowledge and exceptional customer service. I am now a customer for LIFE! My car sounds amazing and the audio stereo upgrades are very impressive. I feel above 100% safe with the car alarm and GPS tracking system. I love my car and she gets only the best!! but what I loved most of all was the price for her upgrades and the financing option for those of us who grind in order to pay our bills and get it done. He is the first referral to anyone I know and he is one of the first person's I ask for quality referrals. The salesmanship is part of the job but the ability to listen, troubleshoot, and stand behind your work that's PRICELESS!!

I was convinced to put a system in my car by Bestie And I’m very glad I did it. I was very nervous about going through with my purchase but Carlos and his team reassured me I was in good hands.These guys did an amazing job on my car and they also custom made my speaker box to fit my car so it wouldn’t take over my kids trunk space. Sound is spectacular highly recommend !!!

I was impressed , it's hard to find a great car audio shop that is local but Active Sound are amazing. Excellent customer service and such atention to detail workmanship. I send all my friends and family there even if they live far away everyone still rather take the trip to Active Sound for quality and quick service.
