This is the worst customer service ever, this warranty was $2000.00 and they are not responding nor reaching out. The vehicle has been in a shop for a month and they only want to give you a $50.00 rental car reimbursement when I’ve spent almost $1000.00 this run around where you have to authorize certain processes so you will be held liable for those repairs. The inspectors are 3rd party and they do not work for the company and that communication is also broken. My vehicle is still broken down and the warranty company continues to focus on the repair shop they THEY RECOMMENDED , is not responding. They have no regard of the financial and personal strain this puts on a family. If I could give them a negative 0 I would. Pay close attention to the fine print of these companies and the dealers you go through. I’m still waiting

I was referred to Dan this Summer and since my first visit I have not gone anywhere else for anything I need for my 98 Firebird. We're going to be taking our other cars to Dan for anything they need too. When you consider we live in Avon Lake and his shop is in Willoughby, that also speaks volumes.

Dan and his crew of Technicians do the job correctly and prices were more than fair. I tried a few mechanics and this is the place to take your vehicle if your into cars especially custom exhaust work on classics and collectors vehicles absolutely top notch. Highly recommend them !!
