I needed a new radiator and new low control arms for both tires and I spoke to John about pricing and when I could bring it in for the repairs and John was very pleasant to deal with and he explained everything to me . The price was fair and the car was ready right when he said it would be. I would highly recommend Sim’s auto for anyone that is looking for a good and fair mechanic.

Asked over the phone if I can come by and got affirmative answer. When I arrive the guy Sim didn’t have time to do anything. He already said what’s the problem without even lifting a car. Moreover I knew that the muffler pipe needs to be welded, and Sim said that I don’t need it at all To q, when should I come I got the answer “I don’t have time”. Definitely looks to me unprofessional, unqualified and rude Avoid

I love John’s service. I really trust him to do a great job on my car, he’s not cheap but he’s the type of mechanic that will tell you as it is and be super honest if he comes across any other issues when he’s working on something. Been coming here for the last 6 years! Call ahead to ask how busy they are

Mr Sim and Mr John are very respectful and trustworthy people. They give you the best affordable price in the market not just to make a sale. They are the best in everything. They would always explain to me what happened with my car what is the issue all about, I’m not a geek when it comes to cars but they make sure I understand what’s going on. I always come and will always come back and trust them. Really really good people.
