Read reviews before you buy anything from these guys, All negative reviews left here are true. I purchased bumper for my 2014 sprinter and I was told it is direct fit. It is not. It will not fit before you modify bumper reinforcement. They told me to cut ends off from reinforcement, which will lead to severe damage if you would crash into something. Structural changes to the vehicle don’t think worth the risk. They will not respond to emails. If I would know what I would have to go through, would never buy it. Quality of the bumper is very good though.

Ordered an add on spoiler lip for a Ford Econoline and it ended up being great. I was a little nervous opening my package because of all their disclaimers regarding how since it’s not an OEM product it could need modifications or alterations. But this thing was absolutely mint right out of the box. It was shipped within a reasonable amount of time. The sales rep that answered the phone when I ordered was smart about the products. Shipping was slightly painful as it requires a signature to receive the item and I’m never home during the day but I got it worked out as UPS has solutions for that also.

I order a sprinter body kit and gave them my vin and it was short from the rear and the side skirts , called back he said we had it on wrong , switch the side skirts the way he told me and they were still short and the rear bumper there no changing that , for what I paid I’m better off ordering direct from Germany only a few dollars away ended up paying over $1200 on customize it the right way , there rep never called me back I called 3 times and all he can tell me that his been doing this for years , ended up paying more then the original from dl auto . The rear bumper had holes and had to filled with bondo also
