This place is expensive, and the work is below sub-par and not worth it. Had them install the u3000 thinkware dashcam. It was $200 and gave them all the accessories with fuse taps they just cut the cut wires and did a hurrendus job of taping and running and securing the wires and didnt even use the taps but some were missing. A week later, my camara stopped working and when I go to check if the fuse from fuse tap burnt out and what do I find none of the fuse taps were used and it looks like in the photo. I took it back to the shop, and all they did was push the wires back and just taped them all together.

Great Service! So friendly, very professional and efficient. Came here for my insurance photo inspection and was greeted immediately and made sure at all times i was being taken care of. Luis was amazing and gave me good prices for tinted windows as well. Gabriel did a great job with the inspection and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place 100% whether you need your photo inspection for insurance or any kind of tinted windows or bumper guards or any services they provide, they will do a great work. They even have comfy chairs in the waiting area. Overall Fantastic service!

Don't come to this place came in to change diffuser on my car stayed there for 4h they were not able to remove it and after a while one of the mechanic patience run out and started to pull on everything with huge force. Bumper and all plastic parts start to squeak. Then, with a huge crowbar, he started to pry the bumper without removing the screws!

This place charges ridiculous prices. $350 to replace running boards. I went to a body shop 2 blocks away and they said $120 but next day, so I went to Speed World and they did it for $180 in an hour and a half. Tints for $300, across the street, the guy Jay who has been there for about 20 years, charged $200. I did have some work done here only because I needed it in a rush, or if another place was busy, but I knew I was being ripped off. They do stay open late and they're open weekends so that's a good thing. I can't say they do bad work, and they are nice guys, Just know you being charged about 50%- double than any other shop in the area.

My car Infiniti QX60 had a problem for both front head lights and so many car services checked and could fixed it. But GTR car service did it very easy and very good price too. I would like to recommend this is the best car service in Queens.

Came in yesterday to have my remote started taken a look at. I was having difficulty with it cranking the car over. They quickly took me in and figured out the bypass was acting up and fixed it for me immediately. I appreciated the attentiveness and promptness of the work!

Terrible experience. My father came here to change the radio of his car. When he was told the radio arrived. He went to have it installed but turned out there was a piece was missing. He came back another day when the missing piece arrived. Had the radio installed but not happy with the result. The radio looks cheap for the price he paid. The radio is crooked but we’re told the radio has to face the driver supposedly. Well fine, we can live with that. However, the radio has a static sound that comes and goes which is very annoying for anyone. When we came back to have the static issue addressed he was told he will have to pay extra to fix the electrical issue they caused during the installation. He never had any static issue with his past radio but is being told the issue is not the radio but his antena which doesn’t make sense to me. The employees are rude and not helpful. They do not try to listen to you, just speak over you. Do not recommend their service. At the end my father will rather stay with the static noise than continuing to work with them.
