SimpleTire Introduce

SimpleTire, located at 114-120 S 13th St 2nd Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19107, USA, presents itself as a significant player in the auto parts landscape, specializing predominantly in tires. As a business operating within the "Auto Repair Stations" category, while primarily an online retailer, their physical address in Philadelphia indicates a local presence for users seeking tire-related services and products. They can be reached via phone at (888) 410-0604 or mobile at +1 888-410-0604.

Environment and Accessibility

While SimpleTire's core business model leans heavily into online sales and distribution, their Philadelphia address suggests a regional hub or an office that supports their operations. Given the nature of an auto parts store, particularly one focused on tires, the physical environment would typically be a functional space optimized for receiving, storing, and dispatching tires. For local users in Philadelphia, this address might serve as a point of contact for customer service, order inquiries, or potentially, in some cases, for picking up orders if arranged in advance. However, it's crucial to note that their primary interaction with customers appears to be through their online platform and delivery services. The "2nd Floor" designation for their address might imply an office or administrative setup rather than a traditional retail storefront or a service bay for tire installations.

Services and Goods for Sale

SimpleTire's primary offering is tires. They cater to a broad spectrum of vehicles, providing a wide array of tire types, brands, and sizes suitable for various driving conditions and vehicle models. Their business model revolves around offering these tires at competitive prices, as highlighted by customer feedback. While the platform category is "Auto Repair Stations," SimpleTire's direct service appears to be the sale and distribution of tires, rather than providing comprehensive auto repair services themselves. Customers typically purchase tires from SimpleTire and then arrange for installation at a separate auto repair shop or tire service center. This distinction is important for local users to understand: SimpleTire sells the parts, specifically tires, but does not typically offer the installation or repair services directly at their Philadelphia address.

Features and Customer Experience

One of SimpleTire's most frequently lauded features, according to customer reviews, is their **competitive pricing**. Many users report finding the absolute cheapest prices for tires through SimpleTire, often surpassing both online and in-store competitors. This aggressive pricing strategy is a significant draw for cost-conscious consumers. Furthermore, customers appreciate the **quality of the product** received, with reports of tires having recent manufacture dates and being genuinely new, dispelling any concerns that lower prices might equate to inferior or older stock. The **speed of delivery** is another noted feature, with some customers receiving their tire orders in as little as two days, a significant advantage for those needing tires quickly.

However, the customer experience with SimpleTire is not universally positive, particularly concerning their **warranty and claims process**. A recurring concern raised by users pertains to the handling of warranty claims for defective products. It appears that SimpleTire acts as an intermediary, submitting claims to the tire manufacturer rather than directly honoring warranties. This process can be protracted, with some customers reporting waiting periods of several weeks or even months for a resolution. The requirement for customers to obtain external documentation from tire shops to "prove" defects, even with photographic evidence, has led to frustration and dissatisfaction. This aspect of their customer service, particularly when dealing with product issues, has been a significant point of contention for some users, highlighting a potential gap in their post-sales support when a product defect arises.

Promotional Information and Value Proposition

SimpleTire's core promotional message implicitly revolves around their ability to provide **unbeatable prices** on a wide selection of new tires. Their value proposition is clearly aimed at customers prioritizing affordability without compromising on receiving new, recently manufactured products. The convenience of online ordering and rapid delivery further enhances their appeal. While specific promotional offers or discounts are not detailed in the provided information, the recurring theme from satisfied customers is that SimpleTire offers excellent value for money on tire purchases. Their success in attracting customers seems to stem from this direct cost-saving benefit. However, prospective customers should be aware that while the initial purchase may be highly economical, the process for resolving warranty issues might be more complex and time-consuming compared to purchasing from a traditional brick-and-mortar store that handles claims directly.

In summary, SimpleTire serves as a significant online retailer for tires, with a physical presence in Philadelphia. Their primary strength lies in offering highly competitive prices and ensuring the delivery of new, quality products in a timely manner. For local users in Philadelphia seeking affordable tires, SimpleTire presents a compelling option. However, it is crucial for customers to understand their warranty claim process, which relies heavily on manufacturer approval and can be a more involved procedure than direct in-store warranty resolutions. Despite this, for many, the initial cost savings and product quality make SimpleTire a preferred choice for tire purchases.

SimpleTire Customer Reviews

Simple Tire has the absolute cheapest prices you can find in-store or online. But that cheap price doesn't mean you get an inferior product. All of the tires that I have bought from ST have had recent manufacture dates and have truly been new tires. I will not buy from anybody else and you shouldn't either. They get the tires to me in 2 days. Just can't beat them.

We bought a set of tires 7 months ago. Paid extra for the warranty. Figured why not, if something happens were covered. WRONG. Our tires cracked along the sidewalls, and all 4 started leaking air. I called and was told they don't warranty, they submit the claim to the manufacturer, and if they approve in 6-9 weeks, they would send us tires. We were told we would have to buy tires again and maybe get reimbursed. I emails and fought this so hard, and nothing came of it. Sent pictures of the tires, dot numbers etc etc. They told us we would have to take the car to a tires shop and get documents to "prove" the tires are defective. Why they couldn't see that from the photos is beyond me. The company should cover the tires and figure it out with the manufacturer on the back end. What a terrible way to do business and rip your customers. Stay away from buying tires from here at all costs. If I could rate them 0, I would.

Quick delivery, went with Prinx Hi country HM1 33x12.50r15 for my lifted 2006 Wrangler X, replacing Goodyear Wranglers, much lower cost, much nicer & quieter ride & feel. Very pleased with tires & whole process.

I had difficulty with my order. The sales representatives from simple tire stayed on line with me until it was resolved. I was given a complete refund. This is a good company to order tires from. I believe they have a glitch in their computer program, that you need to be careful of. Simple tire is my go to online tire company. They have excellent customer service.
