They are great as always been taking my cars here for the past five years. They’re always very upfront honest and thorough. They take their time diagnosing things and they make sure the job is done right. And try to give you the fair cost that they can. They have a customer for life in me, very good bunch of people over there. They even drop my car off to me at my house after it was done being repaired. Because I had no way to go there and pick it up I would’ve had to have taken an Uber or a Lyft ride. They get five stars for me. They’ve always done me right I’ve always been fair and always do great work.

I really feel Silvercreek Repair does what they say when it comes to repairs on your vehicle. We discuss what I need done and then they do a complete inspection report on your vehicle. And that report is sent to you to see and review with them. If something is found that you want them to add to your work order it can be done right then. Or you can just schedule those repairs at a later date. So much peace of mind knowing your vehicle will get the service it needs and when it needs it. Keep doing what your doing Silvercreek Repair. Car had an issue with intermittent starting and brakes needed work on. Starter needed replacement and then the brakes needed complete replacement. Quotes were given before any work was done. Was referred to Silvercreek Repair by a neighbor and I am forever grateful as they are very professional and knowledgeable about cars. Very courteous, polite and helpful in all respects.

Always great to deal with! I have had this shop do repairs on my cars ranging from an entire transmission replacement on a Fusion, to a complete tune-up on an Explorer. They are always on time and do it right the first time! The staff is friendly and the communication is awesome! You should never be surprised with repair costs because they will text you or call you with an estimate or if there are any updated costs before any repairs are performed. This shop is professional, competent, and friendly! A true gem amongst auto repair shops!

I had front & rear brakes replaced and the transmission fluid flushed & filled. I received a quote with pictures of the brakes showing their current condition before they performed the work. The new brakes feel terrific, and it was all at a great price. TK was excellent to deal with, as he kept me informed on the progress of the work and was extrememly courteous when we picked it up. Overall I highly recommend them !!
