Silver's Auto Service 2

I took my truck in for some fairly extensive repairs. It was very close to being totaled. It took a while, and there were a few hiccups (because of the extensive damage), but when I got my truck back, it was perfect. When you take your vehicle to a body shop, you dont want fast work. You want quality work. Robbie was willing to answer all of my questions and kept me updated on what was going on through the process. As I left with my truck, he told me that they would stand behind their work for as long as I own the truck. If I ever need collision repair again, this is where I will go.

We all know what a headache working with insurance can be. I dropped off my car with Silver's Auto Service to be repaired after some storm damage from Hurricane Helene. With having such an old car, insurance was not-so-quick to total the vehicle and I was faced with the decision to take the total loss or settlement for a salvage title. I decided to take the salvage title (my vehicle works completely fine, I just have cosmetic damage) and forego repairs for now. Throughout the entire process, the Silver's team was the only thing keeping me sane during this experience. They scheduled my car for repairs very quickly, were extremely communicative, and gave knowledgeable advice when I was contemplating how to move forward. Robbie's customer service was excellent. He handled my car and situation with patience, graciousness, and expertise in a time when the matter was much out of my control. While I did not move forward with repairs at this time, should I decide to do so at a later date, Silver's Auto Service will be the only place I consider. 100% Highly recommend. Robbie was perfect. Communication was great, on time. Work was exceptional- they did what was needed to do and nothing more. Saving me considerable money. A new go to shop for anything that comes up, body wise.

Whenever I need auto body work Silvers Auto is the only business I use. Their work is impeccable and they back it up. They also make it easy to work with my insurance. The people are professional, friendly and trust worthy! If you're in need of auto body work you'll be glad you used Silvers!

I was scheduled for service a month after I went to see them, on December 2nd I called to ask if my vehicle needed to be there 1st thing or could it wait till 11 am. I was told I could bring it in that day but they were really busy and of I could wait a week ot would be helpful to them. They said if I brought the truck in Monday I would have it by Friday. I gave them an extra week to begin my repairs. One week later I brought the vehicle in on a Monday, Wednesday I drove by and it was still in the parking lot untouched. I called and said they were starting on it that afternoon, I explained I need it by Friday as promised, we'll it wasn't done till the following Wednesday and they did not install new running board that was supposed to be done. I asked why it wasn't done and Robbies answer was " oh you wanted that fixed"? He said he would order the part and call me in a few days, that was 3 weeks ago. Mind u, I was a returning customer from 2 previous repairs. Robbie is a.nice guy but doesn't effectively perform his duties

Robbie is a god-send! This place is awesome and will definitely recommend to anyone who has damage to their car. Asked for an estimate and at first he let me know about a place that could do it for cheaper which is already crazy. I was in the process of calling the other place, and he came back out and told me my estmate would be much lower if i didnt need any paint applied (which i really did not need). Took a while for the parts to arrive but not too long! I'd say maybe a week. He made sure to check and make sure every part was what my car needed. They sent him some parts he didnt need, thankfully he was meticulous. Wouldve taken 1 day had that 1 part been in. But next morning it was ready! Came back and boy oh boy my car looked so pretty hardly could tell she was mine (in a good way). Check out the before and after! Actually paid 100 less than the original estimate he gave as well to top it all off. Great people work here, everyones friendly. Not expensive. All around perfect experience. Would rate 6/5 if possible

I cannot speak enough to how awesome this place is. Staff are super friendly and trustworthy. They were prompt and did an outstanding job fixing up my Honda Pilot. Highly recommend
