They fail to mention their holding fee begins the second they take your car… so even if your car hasn’t been in the lot for 24 hours… they charge you for the day! They only accept cash or Venmo and explicitly tell you not to click yes for goods and services when paying…. Makes me wonder what kind of business they are running…. Because last I heard towing a car is a service… especially since I’m paying for it. Lady on the phone was rude but the one at the desk was nice.

This company preys on out-of-town travelers who are eating at finer dining establishments knowing they will get a ridiculous amount. To show just how shady this company is, we weren’t even parked for more than an hour, they required cash, charged more cash than they even stated over phone for an additional fee, & then even asked if we had been eating at the Red Stag or Ruth’s Chris. Not to mention there were more people parked there & one who even took our parking spot to go eat at same restaurant. Entire situation was very shady!

The tow truck driver was belligerent and used fowl and intimidating language. He was unwilling to show documentation of what time my vehicle was towed. I believe they are running a scam on people and taking their vehicles before their time has fully expired in the parking lot. Be afraid of physical violence with this husband wife team. 1
