Cash is the man to do business with. I was told by another alignment shop in town that I basically needed to replace my entire front end on my 08 expedition for about $1800. I had only gone there for an alignment. When I said that it wasn’t in my budget, they said “no problem, we also offer financing so you can pay it in parts”. Lol! I decided to take it to Sid’s since my mechanic recommended it. After an examination, they let me know that I only needed to replace two tie end rods. The total cost of the repair plus the alignment was only $340. I’ll be coming back to Sid’s from now on.

I went to this place because I heard they do really good work on cars. Well they only do certain types of work on certain types of vehicles. Unfortunately my vehicle was one of them. The prices on their menu seem to be reasonable but you would have to see or call for yourself to get your vehicle fixed.

On 17 February I took my Mercedes to simply get the right head light bulb changed. The next day the light went out and I returned to get the problem resolved. Again on the next day I went back to the shop because Cash stayed he grounded my head light wire. This affected my battery, so he asked if I knew I had two batteries and of course I knew this information. The shop installed the battery and to my surprise the next day my car has been out of operation. I called Cash the owner of Sid’s to call the new shop where my car is located. The new shop stated Cash never called. I called back to the shop and now he refuses to answer my call nor take responsibility for his action. My rating for this is really below 1.

Money walked right out the door . Dropped my car off on a Monday and went and picked it up on Friday . Car just sat in parking lot for the whole week . All they did was test drive it , a few times . Said he couldn’t locate coil sprigs for it and that I’d have to supply them . Isn’t that what I pay you for ? Anyways nothing was done to it , never called me back , never contacted me directly, I had to contact them . Poor customer service , and sounded like they had no idea what they were talking about . Cool if you don’t want guaranteed money I’ll find someone who does . Thanks for letting me know what’s wrong with it , now I’ll take it to a shop that actually wants my money cause y’all not getting it .

Went for an alignment recommended by the tire shop. They checked my truck and said it was dead on and didn't need anything and didn't charge me for the alignment. Good to see there are still honest people in the world.
