Let me first start off by saying the work they do is superb. While I didn't experience anything out of the ordinary, when wife went to drop off the trailer she mentioned that the shop area was playing music that dropped the n word with the hard "er" which doesn't really want to make us come back sadly as there work was so good. Want good work go to them want people with clear moral ethics to work on your trailer might want to think again. Would like to add when my wife called for a quote she got double the price when I called.

Brought my boat trailer hete to get bearing seals fixed. Did have to make an appointment, but they got me in and out quickly. Replaced everything, rims and tires cleaner than what I brought them. Price was exactly what they quoted me. They even stayed open a little late so I could pick it up. All around very satisfied, would highly recommend!

If I could give more stars I would! 7/22 I had an 8 am appointment at a different facility, after waiting 15 min and no one showing up I gave them a call. They weren’t going to be there for another 30-45 min (now an hour after my scheduled appointment) I am now pressed for time and needing to go to work. Googled trailer repair near me and Sicard was the first to pop up. Gave them a call, answered on the first ring. Despite expressing they were already booked 3 weeks out, he told me to head on over and they will help us out. So unbelievably generous, and kind. Once we got there and took a peek at the work he said they would get everything done by the next day!!! Sure thing received a phone call that same night saying trailer was ready, saved me over 500$ and got it done in one day! Despite us moving out of state next week, we will be coming back for all our trailer needs. Thank you so much!!!!

For new or used trailer purchases, see them before you make your buying decision. They have amazing trailering knowledge. And really they are at the top for quality repair AND UPGRADES for your trailer. They serve you when you go there. They are also called Carson Trailers.
