Mountain View Tire & Auto Service

The customer service wasn’t good :( I was also quoted $1400…for three tires. Mind you I drive a Toyota Corolla… I called three other places and received quotes no higher than $600. Something seemed very off and the person on the phone had poor customer service skills.

I will never go back. Customer service guy was unpleasant. The thec's were nice but the guy that checked me in was cold and seemed angry and tired. I had a 8:00 am appt. for a oil change, I waited until 9:30 and went out to the service bays to ask for status. The angry guy told me that they "ran out of oil, he didn't work yesterday and it would be another 30 minutes". No apologies nothing. I was going to buy 4 new tires and have a fluid service, not now! I have purchased tires there in the past. Not going back. I support local business , not this one, not anymore :/

Mountain View helped me with my 2nd flat tire in 6 months. Staff are courteous and helpful.
