I usually call around shops in town, expecting rude, unmotivated answers. First time calling Shift’N Gears, in Paso Robles, Ca, and was greeted by Kevin. Super nice and very helpful gentlemen. He showed compassion and was excited to get me in the shop for some service! I was sold with the great costumer service and found my new go-to shop! Their diagnostic system shows all the issues of the vehicle and prioritized them to show what needs attention asap. I will be going back to give my Jeep some love! Bonus points for receiving a #duckduckJeep on pick up!

If I could give 20/10 I would. Customer service was top notch, but the skill and knowledge is unbeatable. Honest work and honest people. They helped us with the clutch in our wrangler and it feels brand new!! Thank you so much!!

Not too happy my truck was missing some alignment shims so alignment could not be done. Probably take me an hour to install what was missing but was quoted over 1,000 for them to do it. So I paid $82 for nothing and got a rip off quote. Sorry but felt like they were trying to make some easy money for something really simple. I like to support local business but this felt wrong.
