Had a great experience with Shadow Lake Collision. I was rear ended and the other car’s insurance had them as a preferred vendor. I was able to get in for an estimate and they scheduled my work during that time. They handled all of the paperwork with the insurance. Cody communicated every step of the way and if there was any changes to the duration of the work. All work was completed earlier than communicated. I 100% would go back and again and will recommend to everyone who needs auto body work. My car looks like nothing ever happened.

I was very impressed with the level of professional standards which they believe in. My claim experienced a problem with the insurance company. The person who was handling my claim, relentlessly called them and me for full transparency to settle the problem. Vehicle was completed on time and looked like new. Exceptional work was done to repair my car after it had been side swiped. Customer care was excellent. They kept in constant communication about The status of the repairs. Finished the work ahead of schedule and was returned cleaner than it has been in many years. Looked and smelled like a new car!

Friendly interactions with every person I dealt with. Didn't have long wait with drop off or pickup. Have been in twice and no issue, car looked great after repair. They also cleaned it up, inside and out, and gave me touch up paint bottle. Great communication. Kept me informed all the way through per text, which I prefer. Even contacted the rental car company for me. Highly recommend this company for car repairs
