I had a wonderful experience with David Grey and Dylan Clemens who sold me my new to me 2021 Toyota Highlander. They made sure the process was smooth and that my partner and I understood everything. They even set me up with a local company to fix a small chip in the windshield, free of charge. They were both very personable, and very nice to talk to/do business with. For my first ever dealership experience, this was a very good one. I’m glad I chose to go to Grants Pass Toyota after searching the valley high and low for the vehicle I needed. If I ever need another vehicle, I know where to go again!

I bought my car from Grants Pass Toyota 2 years ago, and could not have been happier with the experience. The price was fair, and their sales staff did not give me the runaround trying to sell me a bunch of other stuff. He even spent time with me after the sale to show me a few features that the new car had, which my then current car (older version of same make & model) did not have. Since then, I returned for the free oil changes and tire rotations that they had thrown in with the sale, intending to likely find somewhere else closer to do them once the free ones were all used up because l live so far away (Eagle Point). However, I have had such good experiences with their Service Department every time, that I continue to take my car there regardless of the distance. In fact, I won't even let anyone else touch my car. Why? Because when I take it in for service, the prices are reasonable/affordable, they will recommend service and help prioritize them so that you can budget accordingly, they don't try to sell you on unnecessary things, and most importantly to me - they do not treat women like incompetent second class citizens. This is the first dealership I have ever been to where I trusted the Service Department staff so much that I did not feel it was necessary to bring a male friend along with me to keep from being taken advantage of. Thank you, Grants Pass Toyota, for taking the stress out of buying and maintaining vehicles. Don't change a thing, and don't ever let Nate or Mike in the Service Department leave. You struck gold with those guys.

If you're looking to get into a great vehicle without the pushy sales staff, go see Rhianna Marsh at Grants Pass Toyota. Not only was she kind and thoughtful, she made my leasing experince seemless and transparent. You will walk away feeling like you just made a new friend, and you'll drive away in a great vehilce you are happy with, feeling grateful that you did.
