put my spare on for free fixed the hole in my tire took the spare off and replaced it with the tire they fixed !!!!! Garrett and company thank you it's nice that they would rather have a loyal customer then a dollar!!!!!

Hands down one of the best Les Schwabs I've been to! Excellent service. This store still comes to the customer when they pull up. They will open doors early if they are there. And they DO NOT nickel and dime you on petty things loke a flat repair on a non Schwabs tire. It is so evident which managers have their heads on right by the way they run their store. This store should be used as an example for all other Schwabs stores. Please keep up the solid work and excellent customer service!

I went in to get my tires checked for air, and a lug nut. They were all so busy running around talking care of business! I was impressed. They saw me there, came to assist me in my needs. Filled my tires to the correct air, and gave me a free lug nut. : )

If you have to get tires at any Les Schwab, always choose to get any other Les Schwab possible than this one they tell you time frames that are unrealistic they will make you wait an hour or two for a $20 patch. They don’t care at all and when you even calmly try to discuss it with them, the little girl behind the counter gets an attitude who should never be working a customer service or she can’t handle that as well as the guy that I used to trust with my vehicle seems to all of a sudden have a problem, this place is trash. It is garbage I used to love Les Schwab this This one just made me hate Les Schwab forever once again do not bring your vehicles to this place go to the one in Ashland, where they do great service go to the one in Medford where you can get mediocre service but still better than this garbage they should fire that little lady behind the counter. She has no business working in customer service. I hope the main boss someday read this. I hope you realize there’s no more room in this world for idiots that wastes peoples time.

Amazing group of guys and always good customer service, had all my tires and my wife's tires purchased and installed here for both of our Subaru Crosstrek's. We bought the Reputation Tires and we love them, Thank you!
