Horrible, we took our car in for an oil change and to check the transmission under warranty and not only did they not fix it but the day we brought it home the car alarms kept going off and the dash said theft attempt ( the ca was sitting in my driveway with noone around driveway it) now our computer screen goes in and out and shoots out random alerts. We tried to take it back in but they wanted to charge us, mind you it is still under warranty, crooks and unprofessional....

The salesman was very kind, helpful, & understanding. He left me take a car home to make sure it fit in my condo garage-about 9 miles. I was only car shopping at that point, was my first stop. I didn't promise anything.

Joe Warren was the best part of this visit. Very courteous, and helpful. Although when I came in the car was running. The water pump was not put back on as it was. The car over heated and could not be driven. The water pump fell off and was hanging. I had to have it towed to the mechanic I see here in Wooster. I will not bring this car back for service. The car should have been thoroughly inspected and the areas fixed before it went off the lot. Hoses were not clamped as they should have been, more wires were broken. Water pump did not have a gasket. Oil pan had no gasket. There are other things. There is not enough time or room for me to type it in. As I said Joe Warren was the best part of this visit!

Standard oil change and tire rotation with a side of transmission fluid change ended up in checking out why the transmission had an odd shift from 2-3. Rather than just doing the fluid change and charging me like most places, the service tech and mechanic placed the transmission into relearn mode to see if there is a problem before changing and just charging the high price. Once again overly thrilled with the service given and happy that I chose Serpentini Chevrolet for my service l!

Honestly I would give 0 if it was possible. I’m now on my 4th issue in such a short amount of time maybe 2-3 months. I keep taking my car back endlessly with no results just more issues. Any time I call I get the run around until days later with no results. Managers ignore the fact you try and call them and the normal workers give you no answers or help and I just feel disrespected as a customer because I shouldn’t have to deal with the run arounds on a car I bought not that long ago. All I wanted was my car to run how it was promised to not lies of it being fixed and no one doing anything about it.
