I had to get some stuff and so my search brought me to this store. I visited in-person, having already pre-researched the matter online. The teenager who helped me gets one star for non-existent customer service. The manager-type person who was there also, he did help me; but it seemed like he was tired of making up for the teenager's indifference..... I did get what I needed. I did make an exchange/return in my two visits. But I was told originally that they did not have it (after the website told me otherwise). Well, they DO have it -- but it would be available after a few hours' time to same-day ship it to the store. I had to tell the guy this. He should have said: "I can get it for you later today -- shall I order it same day delivery to our store for you?" This did not happen. I was not thanked and I was not offered a bag for all my purchases. I will probably be back, but I just now know how much effort I will have to put forth in securing the right parts for my car.

Had a fuel pump in stock at a fair price that I was having a hard time finding at other parts stores. Worker was friendly and let me inspect the part before purchasing to insure it was the proper fitment.
