Worst visit we have ever experienced in all the years we have been customers. We have bought 5 cars and always had them serviced there. My car was brought in for an oil change and to have the transmission checked. After 1.5 hours my husband saw the car sitting in the lot. When he asked if it was done no one knew. Then it was taken back in the garage. 10 mins later it was back on the lot. He asked again if it was done. He was told they “weren’t sure because the transmission guy drifted”. Really. Then 10 mins later a guy came out very sarcastically and told my husband the car was ready. And the car was not washed (it normally is washed when the oil gets changed), it wasn’t even asked as an option. When asked if everything was ok with the transmission no one knew. I had to call in the next day to find out. Very poor service. Worst service we’ve ever had. Very disappointed.
