We had our first service appointment today. The young man working at the service desk was very professional and personable. He made conversation with me and was kind to my daughter. He was patient as I unbuckled her and got her out of the vehicle. He escorted us to the waiting area and showed us the complimentary pop and coffee station. He made sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything before he went back to take our vehicle. The oil change and inspection only took about 30 minutes before he returned with the overview of the service. He patiently waited for me to assist my daughter in gathering up her things and heading back to the vehicle. He again made conversation with both of us and my daughter (who is very shy) was comfortable around him. We got loaded up into the vehicle and the gentleman thanked us for choosing them for our service and told us to have a nice day. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service we received. The waiting area was very clean and welcoming. The chairs were comfortable and the sound level was appropriate. I have a great experience from start to finish!

They took advantage of my fiancé not having knowledge of mechanics and average pricing. The technician spoke to her about her rotors and brake pads which the brake pads needed done but the rotors were fine. He convinced her to have all of the work done and charged her $950 for common brake work which should be $500-$600 with labor at the high end. Then when I spoke to them he told me that’s just how it is and it’s tough. This service department likes to take advantage of those who don’t have the knowledge for car maintenance and costs.

Did not do a full service that we paid for but everything was checked of that it was done They installed the cabin filter wrong and destroyed it and claimed it to be a mouse in the air box. They have no respect for your car the techs get in your vehicle with dirty clothes . Very expensive not to have everything done .

Our new car has a radio that has no volume since it drove off of the lot. Today I drove 70 miles round trip for my repair appointment that I waited 2 months for. After waiting an hour I was told we do not know what is wrong with it, we can not fix it. We will add it to a list of possible recalls.

After trouble with professionalism and ethics on our brake job last week. The same tech Phil again attempted to argue safety with me. Honda separates safety protocols into separate services to make extra money at the expense of putting their customers safety at risk. Make sure you know what needs done and what consists of that service in all aspects because they don’t care about your safety charging you extra for something that should be included in the main service. They will take advantage of customers who don’t know any better. Thank god I know what is required or else they would have inflated the bill for my fiancé way more than they should have. Phil tried making it sound like he was doing me a favor by not charging me for their mistake. Do not trust these people with your safety…they don’t care until they get civil action against them.
