It was my first service for Q5 since I purchased from the same dealership. Quite disappointed with the level of knowledge by the service advisor on very basic things. First time that I have owned an Audi, but the service dept in comparison to Benz (next door) or Lexus who I have used for many years is very poor when it comes to being friendly, raising customer awareness in simple things like what the safety recall update was about and what was actually done? I had 8K miles and when mentioned about tire rotation, she tole me that they were "new" and need not to be rotated. A simple explanation by tire tread depth would be the minimal you would expect and also why if I waited for another 8-10K miles more, would it not be too late? The check-out experience with the loaner was also poor. Not well organized. Overall, I believe it comes down to the level of training and customer engagement. I think they need to be at par with their completion and learn from how other dealership treat their service customers, especially, when you are paying the extra $$ !! In dealing with luxury brands over 25+ years, I think this dealership lacks overall management focus in terms of customer service. I got a reply from the staff to my original review asking me to call their number which is just "lip service", In fact, right after my service appointment, I emailed Dennis Youn who I was told is the service manager with my feedback and what happened. It is now 2 wks since I wrote that email, and I have yet to hear back from Dennis. This also goes to show how they treat and handle feedback.

This is usually an exceptional service department but recently I was disappointed. When I paid for my inspection and oil change, I mentioned I usually get coupons for these services. I checked online but there were no coupons for these services. JR Ramirez, Service Advisor, mentioned that I might have received the coupons in the mail. I immediately went home, found the coupon, and immediately returned to JR with the coupon. He said it was too late to apply the coupon. Come on! I was there only a half hour earlier paying for the service and now it's too late??? That's very poor customer service. I left the coupon with JR, he wrote my service number on it and said he "will present it to his manager and see what he could do." I have not heard back since then.

Very friendly staff, but they tried to charge me $5600 for brakes, tires, and an alignment. The local shop I ended up using with all top of the line tires and parts was $2200 for everything. You expect to pay a bit more at a dealership, but that is crazy.

It was awesome. Everyone was practicing social distancing. They sanitized my car before they got in and made sure my loaner was sanitized after they got out and I got in. My service advisor Matt is nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. Most importantly I never feel he is trying to drive up the price of my bill.

Stopped by earlier this week because my low oil light came on and the service techs provided immediate help while I scheduled an oil change for today. Could not be happier with all the help I received the other day and today. My car was ready in a timely manner and everyone I encountered was professional and friendly.
