Special ordered an oil filter from the Parts Desk. When I picked it up and opened the box the O-rings we’re already put on the plastic housing and the oil filter itself had wet oil marks on it. It was previously improperly installed on the wrong vehicle and returned to Mercedes. The oil filter was pushed into the plastic housing so hard that I couldn’t take it off. Parts Desk employee was very polite and helpful with the refund but I expected more from Mercedes to not reuse returned parts without even checking, especially on a special order part

I purchased my 1st Benz in 2008 and had many great services done as well. They are very accommodating. Even, it is my mixed up with the service date when I arrived. They are able to take me in and provide me with a loaner. Top notch from Sale to Service dept.

I worked with Christian to lease my new C300 and it was a red carpet experience from start to finish! Christian impressed me with his ability to handle everything from my interest in a vehicle to pickup in a smooth no stress way and explained the process thoroughly! He even presented my car with a huge bow when I picked it up! I do not like the car buying process, it had been a long time since I purchased a new car and he made it so painless and smooth for me!! I’ve been to MB Fort Washington three times in the last 18 months for service and some major repair work and couldn’t be happier with the service I received at this dealership. Ricky, my service advisor is a pleasure to work with, he’s very professional, knowledgeable and never a surprise. Can’t ask for more! The quality of repair is just as good. Great communication and never had to go back for a follow up repair.
