It took them 7 hours to tell me they couldn't do the service I was promised under warranty, then they lost my vehicle in their lot AND THEN they killed my battery and I had to purchase a new one. DEALERSHIPS SUCK!!!!!!

Brought the Genesis for routine Maintenance. The staff is very knowegable and friendly. I wish I didn't have to drive Fresno to Selma for service. While waiting the salesmen did not hover around me trying to sell me cars when I was looking at them passing the time while I waited... that's a plus.

Feeling substantially less than satisfied with my current experience here at Nissan/Hyundai Service Center. To begin I brought my car in yesterday 7:30am 11/29 to be serviced because I noticed an off noise with my A/c and right tire suspension. I was told that by noon I would be followed up with the plan of actions and discoveries about my complaints. I did not receive any form of communication, forcing me to call this morning 11/30 to get an update. Service receptionist told me it was because I had a dirty air filter and a damaged fender liner. These two things were checked before taking my car in because I felt that I would be checking off the obvious. Calling back to try to see if they could further investigate, they explained that they would need to fix the obvious first and then if the car continued to make the noises, I would need to bring it in again and pay ANOTHER diagnostic fee. Out of frustration me and my partner had to drive out from Clovis back down to Selma to further investigate this issue. Upon our first interaction the receptionist said that I had not mentioned a rattling noise when going over bumps, when in fact he himself documented this on my visits summary!!! We decided to take it for a test drive to mimmic the noises which the car immediately started making before driving off the lot. I had asked if they even tried to take the car for a drive and he said no that his technicians were OBVIOUSLY professionals so they would only assume what they thought the issues would be. My partner has worked in body shops and automotive mechanics and knew that these issues were not what they said they were. The receptionist had stated during our test drive “WHAT DO YOU KNOW”?? I explained to him that I am obviously not a mechanic and that is the reason why I brought it in to utilize my extended warranty. It seems that this service center is out to get people’s money and seems to want you to continually come back to charge you for every diagnostic fee. After showing the receptionist the issues for himself he was now willing to reassess vehicle diagnostic. I am unhappy with the rude interactions that I have had over the phone and in person.

Terrible experience so far. Dropped off my vehicle for an engine concern almost two weeks ago with no updates, hasn’t even been looked at. Service said they called us but no missed call or voicemail. There is zero communication and we are down a vehicle. It’s one thing to be busy, another to have no communication or care for the customer. The estimate for diag also somehow changed from $199 to $299 across two different phone calls. My vehicle has not even been looked at in two weeks, not even one bit close to a solution for me. Terrible.
