Tried calling 2 different days, multiple times, left messages. Finally got a call back on Tuesday June 13th to schedule an appointment for oil change and warning lights that keep beeping every minute. The service department only has ONE PERSON that can make appointments and talk to u about genesis service. Most of the time she's not there or is busy. They made my appointment for JULY 6th and said they probably wont have time to diagnose the problem that day so they might have to keep it for a few days! So now I have to keep listening to the constant beeping!! I wasn't sure if I would keep this leased vehicle but this just made my decision for me! Next september I'll be turning in my leased G70 sport prestige v6.
