I took my 2013 Toyota Sienna LE to the shop based on positive reviews. Sophie is very hands-on with every part of the car. She would text me what's going on & give me pictures; She would breakdown how much the parts would cost plus the labor. Also, she would recommend or give you options what to take care of 1st & then handle the second option later. The breakdown of the receipt was easy to read & understand & she would include estimates of what we talked about just in case, I want to pursue it in the future. After one week, the Minivan runs smooth alittle quiet & No Rattling noise in the engine or/and the shocks&brakes. All in all, a GREAT Experience!

Passing through on a trip and broke down in a place we weren’t familiar with. We chose this place based on their reviews and have never been treated better by a business! Not only did they work all morning to figure out what the issue was but they made sure we were safe and taken care of during the wait. Sylvia at the desk was an absolute saint! Just when we thought we couldn’t be more impressed, Sylvia reached out to make sure that we were ok the next day. Words would never be enough to show how thankful we are for this garage and their kindness. If you are in need of any car repairs this place is 100% the best in the area, maybe even the best in the state!

Had a wonderful experience today. Scotty’s has a wonderful front desk manager named George, whom promptly greeted me and remembered an earlier phone conversation we had about an issue with a part that needed replacing. He was very friendly and professional and extremely honest in his dealings. The front office area was clean and inviting and George the front office manger let me know exactly how long it would take to replace the part. He offered a 21 point inspection for no charge and upon completion let me know exactly what the car may need done in the future. He didn’t push any extras on me and gave charged the exact amount we discussed before coming in. I am a new customer and as a female it is sometimes difficult to find honest shops that treat you with respect. I will continue to use there services in the future and I am a very happy customer. Thank you George and thank you Scotty’s. I will be back.

I decided to bring my Jeep to Scotty's based on a positive first experience with getting my wheels balanced a few months ago; but, unfortunately, my recent encounter with getting my back brakes replaced left me dissatisfied. While the staff was friendly, they changed the price 4 separate times while holding my car. Initially quoted a decent price, I was shocked when, after I already left, they informed me of a doubled cost. I understand minor adjustments, but doubling the price seemed unreasonable and shady. Despite explicitly instructing them not work on my car after disagreeing with the pricing, they continued anyways. Apparently they don't communicate with one another. Although the work they did was good, and after some negotiation, we settled on a price - but only for the replacement of one wheel cylinder. Curiously, when my brother called for a quote on the same job for his car, he was given a quote half of what I paid. Unfortunately, they've lost my business and I'm left unsure if this incident happened because I'm a woman. EDIT: I had to bring my car to a different mechanic because my brakes were still not working correctly. The new shop found pieces that were put in wrong and a piece that was backwards. In a few weeks, my brakes would've been completely shot all over again. Scotty's has lost my business forever.

Had some minor repairs done and the turnaround was fast. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional and I thought the price was fair.
