Client with Savvy since 2018 for my 2016 Toyota 4Runner. Vic is attentive, thorough and courteous. He knows mechanics having been the senior mechanic before. Shows me the used parts and explains and answers succinctly. Walks the floor constantly. Punctual and does not overpromise. Competitive prices for items I have shopped around. Mechanics seem competent. I am overall very pleased with service. (I am a 50+ year Goodyear customer)

Cannot trust them anymore. Been going here for years for oil changes and this last one takes the cake. I thought something was amiss when they didn't change the sticker, but on the invoice they said they changed it so I gave the benefit of the doubt. It has been a couple thousand miles and I finally decided to check to find they didn't remove the old oil. They just added more oil. Assuming they know cars, their goal seems to be to mess your car up so they can charge you more to "repair" it. Like how can the tech be so lazy. It's not like he has to manually jack up the car. I digress. I will continue to believe they did all of the work they charged me for except for this last one. Goodbye Savvy. Do better

Robert retired, and with him the earnest service and goodwill that characterized the shop he worked in. His replacement, a boorish Indian fellow has none of his tact or manners when dealing with customers. This was my go to place until I heard and experienced this. He tried to rip my aunt off over what would have been a simple windshield wiper change.

I had a fantastic experience here and I love getting a free car wash on every oil change. They did an excellent job on my oil change, tire replacement, and engine work. The service was efficient, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them for any automotive needs.
