Carriage House Collision

Carriage House is a rarity nowadays. An honest auto body shop is hard to find, and I am so happy I found them. I have brought both my cars to Carriage house for service, and they are top-notch in terms of service and communication. Oftentimes, they even have the car ready sooner than they initially state. They do great work and back it up with a guarantee. A few months back, I accidentally swiped the side of a car and left my number so they could reach out to me. They contacted me and went to two different auto body shops, with the first quoting $2,000 and the second quoting $1,000 for the damage to their car. I then asked them to take the car to Carriage house as a favor, and they were quoted $361 for repairs by them. Carriage house is the only auto body shop I will use going forward. They have definitely earned my business, and more importantly, my trust.

I would 100% recommend Carriage House Collision! They did an amazing job fixing my 2024 C Class Benz panoramic roof. J was updating me throughout the whole process and they were done in 2 days!! Amazing staff and work. Will definitely recommend to others!

The quality of the bodywork is truly impressive. The precision in matching all the edges is commendable. However, I must mention that I have given a 4-star rating due to a slight area for improvement, which revolves around the customer service provided at the front desk. Considering that all the customers visiting the establishment have experienced car accidents, it would be beneficial for the staff to display a heightened sense of empathy.

My father and i have been coming to this shop for years. Always a friendly staff that does great work. Wouldn't take my c7 anywhere else and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a body shop you can trust.

If they end up with your vehicle for any reason you will never see it again. All I get is “let me take your information and call you back” and then a week goes by. The hours are awful and instead of letting calls go to voicemail somebody answers just to say “hey call back during these hours” just so when you call back, they will take your information, and then tell you they will call you back and never ever call back.
