I really had hopes for this auto repair and was ready to be a repeat costumer since i just bought a van but unfortunately, that is not the case and it will never be. I had a horrible experience in literally 30 minutes of spending time there I had an appointment scheduled for 8 AM and had to reschedule for 830 because of an accident that happened on the way to my appointment I made sure to let the owner know that I will be late 30 minutes when I showed up there. I parked in front of the shop. He came around 845. Furious that I parked on the driveway and started yelling immediately I told him why he was so rude for no reason when he can be more Communicative He just proceeded to be rude and aggressive. I let him Inside And do a Check on it I was outside for 20 minutes. I didn’t get any updates. I just got in to see what’s up. He started being rude again. I proceeded to tell him to put the van down and I will never come again. This is my first time writing a review and I don’t recommend anybody going there. The owner think he’s a God.

Not only did they fail to provide a satisfactory service, but they also yelled at us, making the entire experience extremely uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially when I'm paying for a service. The owner's aggressive behavior and lack of professionalism made me feel disrespected and unheard.
