Our family car, a 2022 palisade had a problem with a whistle and had 26,000 miles on it. We took it to an official dealer, who pointed out issues with the brake pads and disks. They quoted us $1,600 to change all the pads and disks. Fortunately, we were advised to visit a different car dealership. I called the repair shop, and the owner, Jimmy, answered the phone. I have some difficulties with English and barely have any experience with cars, so I was unsure about the procedure and what steps to take. I attempted to explain the problem in a few words, and Jimmy quickly gathered all the necessary information about the car. He estimated an approximate price over the phone and identified the problem. My parents left the car at the repair shop and in an hour and a half it was ready to go. The front disks and all brake pads were replaced. We discovered that one of the disks was badly worn, but after consulting with Jimmy, we decided it was the best to change both front disks and the brake pads. The total cost came to $490, which was three times cheaper than the official dealer's quote! Thank you Jimmy!

Despite having an exemption issued by the state for my tints, several shops refused to take in my car for an inspection. Spoke to Jimmy over the phone and he mentioned if I have the paperwork should be no issue at all. Inspection was seamless. My car was lifted and promptly inspected by the mechanics. No attempt to upcharge or come up with any Bs. Mechanic simply stated “looks good”. When I asked Jimmy about my tires he was very knowledgeable and mentions my specific tire model would easily last 40-50k miles. Glad I got rejected by other shops and had the opportunity to meet Jimmy!

Incredible work and service. I came here after my car dealership gave me an outrageous price along with a laundry list of things to fix on a 5 year old car. I spoke to Jimmy at Atlantic Auto Service. He was honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. He cleaned the rain gutters and replaced the breaks at a fraction of the price. Also explained and assured me why all the other things on the dealership’s list were simply inaccurate. I have come back here for any thing related to my car since then. My car has had no issues with any of the work they’ve done. Highly recommend. Go see Jimmy!

Met Nick over at stillwell for inspection. And he recommended me to go to Atlantic auto service for inspection. Just ask for Jimmy. Best decision I made. The guys in there are very cool and the service is very quick. The service time is accurate. They checked everything brakes and tires! Good doing business with you guys ! I highly recommend

Brought my truck in for a safety inspection, and Jimmy was able to fix a problem that I'd had for years, and that other mechanics had been unable to solve! Jimmy and the other mechanics were quick, thorough, respectful, and kept me updated as to the work they were doing. Very fair price. HIGHLY recommend!
