I ended up having an issue with my bike which caused it not to start after I had already scheduled an appointment for Santa's to install some aftermarket parts for me. They informed me that my fuel pump was damaged, but quickly fixed it and got me up and running again in no time. I very much appreciate the way Santa's accommodated me. And my bike runs and looks great. They are as good as it gets.

Santa's will take great care of you. Mechanics are some of the best in Cleveland and I love that they are women owned. I always feel comfortable in the shop, and I know my bike is in good hands. No condescending BS here!

Are you tired of Dealing with Dealerships? Are you done waiting for weeks at a time for your tire to be replaced at cycle gear by a kid who only comes in on the weekends, and does tires bought at cycle gear first? Well look no further than the greatest Mom&Pop shop in Northeast Ohio. Very Knowledgeable staff, front of the house is as professional as the back of the shop. If its not there, they'll order it. If you can't install it, they'll do their best without ripping you off. Support your local shops or else big name Dealerships will come through your towns to put a monopoly on the service game to price hike everything possible. I have nothing but quality anecdotes to mention about Santa's Motorcycle Supply. You've made a customer for life at 30years young, and I'll be sending my friends and family here as long you stay open. Thank you so much.
