Sangera Subaru Service Introduce

Sangera Subaru Service, located at 5500 Gasoline Alley Dr, Bakersfield, CA 93313, USA, operates as a dedicated auto repair station specializing in Subaru vehicles. As part of a larger automotive group, this service center focuses on providing maintenance and repair solutions specifically tailored for Subaru owners in the local Bakersfield community.

The facility is situated within a well-known automotive hub, suggesting a professional and organized environment. While specific details on the waiting area amenities or overall aesthetic of the service bays are not extensively detailed in public information, the general impression given by a dealership service center is one of cleanliness, order, and dedicated service areas equipped with specialized tools and diagnostic equipment for the brand. The address, 5500 Gasoline Alley Dr, hints at a concentrated area for automotive businesses, making it a convenient location for car owners seeking professional services.

Sangera Subaru Service offers a range of services critical to maintaining the longevity and performance of Subaru vehicles. This typically includes routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services. As an authorized Subaru service center, they are expected to use genuine Subaru parts and adhere to manufacturer specifications, which can be a significant advantage for vehicle owners concerned about maintaining their car's warranty and original performance. More complex repairs are also part of their offerings, often encompassing engine diagnostics, transmission services, and addressing specific Subaru system needs. The service department hours are generally Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, closed on Sundays. This schedule provides flexibility for customers to bring in their vehicles during the week or on Saturday mornings.

A key feature of Sangera Subaru Service, as an authorized dealership service center, is its access to up-to-date technical information, specialized tools, and factory-trained technicians who are specifically knowledgeable about Subaru models. This expertise is crucial for accurately diagnosing and efficiently repairing issues unique to Subaru vehicles, such as those related to their symmetrical all-wheel-drive systems or EyeSight Driver Assist Technology. The use of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts also ensures compatibility and often comes with a warranty, providing an added layer of confidence for customers.

However, customer experiences highlight specific areas for consideration. One customer noted an instance where they were quoted for windshield recalibration that was not necessary, as the safety features were integrated into the vehicle's system, not the windshield itself. Another mentioned being charged $100 for a radio update that could have been obtained for free by contacting Starlink. These accounts suggest that while the technical services are available, customers might need to proactively inquire about the necessity and alternative costs of certain procedures. There are also mentions of high costs for common services like spark plug changes (around $900) and transmission changes (around $600 for all Subarus), which customers felt were not transparently communicated at the time of vehicle purchase. These specific customer feedback points indicate that while the dealership service center has the capacity for these repairs, customers should always seek clear explanations of services and costs, and consider comparing options.

In terms of promotional information, authorized Subaru service centers often offer various incentives to attract and retain customers. While specific, current promotional offers may vary, typical promotions could include discounts on routine maintenance services like oil changes, tire sales with installation specials, or seasonal service packages. Given the information, it is worth checking their official website or contacting them directly at (661) 544-1855 for any ongoing promotions or service specials that might be available. They may also have offers for multi-point inspections, brake checks, or alignment services. Some dealership service centers also provide amenities such as loaner vehicles for longer repair jobs, shuttle services, or comfortable waiting areas with Wi-Fi, though these specific amenities are not detailed in the provided information. It is always recommended for potential customers to inquire about such conveniences when scheduling service.

Overall, Sangera Subaru Service functions as a comprehensive auto repair station for Subaru vehicles in Bakersfield, California. It leverages its position as an authorized dealer to offer specialized knowledge, genuine parts, and trained technicians. While customer feedback points to the importance of clear communication regarding service needs and costs, the facility aims to provide complete automotive care for Subaru owners. For specific inquiries or to schedule service, customers can contact them at (661) 544-1855 or visit their location at 5500 Gasoline Alley Dr, Bakersfield, CA 93313, USA.

Sangera Subaru Service Customer Reviews

The first time I was going to replace my cracked windshield they gave me a quote, plus another quote for the recalibration. I fiund out it did not need to be recalibrated because all the safety features are in the box not the windshield. Second time I was charged $100 to update the radio. That same day i found out I could've called Starlink and had it done for free. Good customer service would be to offer these options to the customers. Clearly their priority is to make money and not customer care. Other than that I love my Subaru

Are you guys aware of the $900 spark plug change in $600 transmission change for all Subaru? They don’t tell you that when you buy a car there.
