I been customer at Bill Wright Toyota since 2005 in February on 2025 it will be 20 years. I purchased a new 2015 Camry SE in February 2015 then I purchased new 2021 Camry SE in May 2021. at the dealership sales person's are great the sales manager Sammy is great the Toyota finance person Eddie is an excellent . Now we go to the service department. From 2005 until 2023 the service was an excellent. This year on October 10, 2024 and on November 7, 2024 the service it's been a disaster. The service manager and the service advisor they are an excellent. The issue is the technicians or the employees driving in driving out. The technicians or the employees needs to be respectful to the customers vehicles treat them as their own not trashing them. On October 10, 2024 the technician 6039 did not complete the service on my Camry he/she kept the clamp and screw for the engine air filter compartment loose and the wiring around the air filter compartment unhooked and on top of all that he/she scuff the dashboard on the passenger side, scratch my aluminum wheels. On November 7, 2024 the technician 6047 he installed an interstate battery on my 2021 Camry he/she did a good job except he/sh steps and scratches the the panels on the driver side by the front car door on the inside, also the floor mat it have on it some kind of gravel and dirt it's nasty from his/her shoes or boots. I could take my car to north Bakersfield Toyota to see if the service technicians and employees driving and driving out better or not. I know it's the same owner but the service maybe it's better. I hate to drive my car to Palmdale Toyota I've been there I purchased a car from there they respect the customers vehicles never have any issues. The service general manager at Bill Wright Toyota needs to speak with all technicians and the employees the one Drive-In and drive out the vehicles in the morning meeting an address these issues. The technicians and other employees need to take care of the customer vehicles treat them like their own. These vehicles cost us lots of money they're not free. Does Toyota service replace these wheel rims and panels and fix the dashboard for my car?

Diagnosis here do absolutely nothing. I've had issues with the breaks and startup when my car is barely at 60k miles but whenever I take the car for service they can never find what's wrong with it even when it's blatantly obvious to other mechanics. The wait times are over 2 hours even with appointments and extremely overpriced for any service that isn't basic tire rotation or oil change which is most like all their technicians really know what to do. This place has a 2.5 star rating on yelp and clearly they are buying reviews to make themselves look better. Don't be fooled. I would not recommend buying a car from Bill Wright and if you do make that mistake definitely do not take it to get serviced there.

I was able to make a same day service appointment and take my car in within an hour. It was easy to get my car in and the service advisor was friendly, straightforward, thorough, and helpful. It was about 1.5 hour wait, which I wasn't aware of until I handed my keys over. I was prepared to wait anyway and they have a decent waiting area with free water, vending machines, a small cafe, several TVs, comfortable seating, and even a children's waiting area with cartoons playing! That was my favorite area as it was quiet and easy to keep track of my son who came with me to the appointment. Bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. Staff was friendly and there was plenty to browse in their merchandise department. I was updated on service by text and able to approve any changes by phone. I was also able to track the progress via the link sent by text message. When my car was done, my service advisor came and found me and walked me to the cashier. I paid and the cashier directed me on where to get my keys. An overall pleasant experience, even with a 90 minute wait time. Photo is of one the chairs in the waiting area :)

They def try there best to be fast and efficient but just remember there usually very busy and you'll b there a minimum of 2 hours or more for just a routine oil change or a check up no oil change at all and it doesn't matter if you have an appointment 馃槙 also there oil change prices are through the roof pretty expensive but oh well it's a Toyota you wanted it so you gotta be ready for expensive maintenance prices just a heads up people aside from that it's a great place to go to it's big n roomy in the waiting area and they got a great lil restaurant in there very yummy while u wait u can have breakfast or lunch
