Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I been going to this Sam's Club since it was opened and liked it very much,but lately the service has been getting worst. Today we went in for a instant tent that was on sale and I asked one male employee that looked like a supervisor where I could find the tent,he just replied with a discourteous voice saying they were sold out,but didn't offered any explanation nor he offered to help find it at another store. Then I went and asked one of the female cashiers and she was also the same way,with a discourteous voice didn't offered any help whatsoever. The only helpful one was a Young Hispanic girl,she told us to ask customer service and they were very helpful.

They don’t pick up the phone, so you have to go there. If you bought the tires with the family Sam’s card, you can’t go in there with just the receipt of purchase, the Sam’s Card of purchase, the same car the tires were put on, and the unique verification they give you after the purchase, if you tell them you’re the son of the card holder and not the card holder, they won’t do anything. Not only did they make me feel like I was not a good Samaritan and I was trying to scam them. They treated me like trash in tone and word choice.

So disappointed in their service i went to go get my tires changed and the first appointment i went to, they said i needed to get locks off my tires but that they couldn’t do it so i had to go somewhere else. Then when i went for my second appointment they told me they couldn’t get the tires off after i dropped it off 2 hours ago. They said i need to go to a different mechanic to get them off. Like are they not mechanics and shouldn’t they have the tools they need if they are offering a service, i shouldn’t have to go to different places to help them do their job. It’s actually absurd. They are just not helpful at all and i will never buy their services again.

Bought tires here 6 months ago. Went to get them rotated, the guy said they couldn't get the tires off. They told me to go to discount tires to get it done. Ok?
