Prior to replacing all 4 tires I spoke to an employee over the phone regarding pricing which he was helpful on finding me a set for the price of $390. Which was a bargain and was satisfied so I scheduled the appointment. Upon completion of service the bill came out to 464.35 which i wasn't happy about. If the amount wasn't $390 that should've been explained prior to performing the job. It felt like i was coerced into scheduling because of the low price they were giving me and because the job was complete I had to pay extra regardless of the fact. Also they supposedly replaced all 4 of my TPMS rubber valve and I only see 1 that looks new and im missing all 4 rubber caps! These guys were not transparent on doing business and are crooks if they're not completing jobs/ baiting customers with low prices then changing it later! I would avoid this location at all costs or make sure you get things in writing before performing work on your vehicle.

This place is the absolute 💯 . Everyone was so friendly and professional. Special shout out to Rick & Tony! When I arrived Tony already knew who I was and was ready for my appointment. And they were pretty fast too! I ended up having to get a little more stuff done to my car (which I kind of just anticipate anytime I bring it in somewhere). I loved how they showed me the issues and explained everything to me instead of just telling me I needed it. I've never had such an awesome experience just taking my car in for a routine oil change before. American poet Maya Angelou once said that people will forget what you did but they will always remember how you made them feel. The experience we provide will always be more important than the service. And these guys crushed it! I genuinely value and appreciate incredible customer service. I will always come to this place for my car. Period

I’m a skeptical person. I came here to have one of my tires fixed because I had consistent low tire pressure warnings and I found a screw on my tire 😫. I don’t trust the Honda dealership to look at my tires because they tried to sell a lady all four tires instead of fixing one flat tire 🙂‍↔️ so that all her “tire threads would be the same.” Anyway, I want to thank Kyle at the reception desk for taking my car as a walk-in. It’s been a MONTH since it was fixed. I wanted to wait to give a good review. No complaints! No low tire pressure warnings! :) I even tested it with soapy water over where it was repaired, and no air seeping through. See pictures. They’ve done a great job :) they’re going to be my go-to shop in the future
