I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I had the choice. Driver was great and has our container on the bed to be delivered but the dispatch girl is definitely HIGH on something. We have spent the last 24 hours trying to figure out miscommunication errors on her behalf. She can barely stay awake much less get words out to do her job. Scheduled a time, no driver. Called, she said 15 minutes. Hour and a half goes by and she said she mixed up calls. Then she quotes us one price and then quotes another in the same day?! This has been one hell of a 24 hours escapade! Unprofessional doesn’t even suffice!

Sam Davis Towing provided exceptional service from beginning to end. The driver that showed up (Steven Dye) was a true professional. He worked very hard throughout the entire time it took to diagnose my car's problem. He treated me with respect and listened to my concerns. As a women, stranded alone, it was reassuring to find someone trustworthy. I highly recommend them for emergency roadside service.

My friend who is 87 years old is paying AAA he is on a set monthly income which does not allow him much expenditures. AAA pulled money from him for his coverage 2 weeks ago and the bill was not due until 3/26/2022. He was unaware of them withdrawing from his bank acct so he had to watch what he ate for the next couple of weeks. His vehicle broke down today 3/24/2022 and was told he was not covered until 3/26/2022 and that he would have to pay out of pocket $90 to another tow company and luckily Sam Davis Towing showed up. They were respectable, rapid response and even brought him water he was in the heat and dizzy, The driver was more than eager to help him in anyway possible. I would highly recommend anytime.

Worst customer experience . They have something called a 'gate fee' which is $150 for you to get something from ur vehicle . They only take cash for it and u need an appointment for them to get the gate open ... Their business hours are 8-5 Monday to Saturday but u cannot get your vehicle during those hours without an appointment because apparently "nobody needs to be there because of inflation" what the hell does that even mean . The person I spoke to sounded high as a kite over the phone . Could barely speak or even think and when I finally was able to get my car I noticed she was as high as a kite ... worst customer service ever . Just trying to steal ur money if ur dumb enough to let them .

They tried to overcharge with me with false fees. I asked for an itemized bill and the price went down over 300$ The lady that answered the phone was incoherent and couldn't think straight or put a sentence together. Its by appointment only, so the lady agreed to meet there at 1:30pm and when I got there no one was there and the lady insisted that she said a different time. When I came back at a different time the staff around the tow yard were rude when I asked them simple questions. They charged me 400$ but when I received my receipt it said 350$. I asked about it and the lady said she made a mistake on the receipt and that it was still 400$. Extremely unprofessional experience overall
