Amazing service and transparency. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Tariq was incredibly informative, patient and showed me exactly what needed to be done. The work was done in a timely and thorough fashion. It’s absolutely a breath of fresh air to be taken care of this way and I literally know nothing about cars. They could have taken me for a complete ride but instead showed their dedication to providing a great service. Customer for life. Thanks again guys

On a strip of McGuinness lined with questionable auto shops, S.R. Auto Service is the real deal. Fast, friendly, and honest. I even bring my elderly parents’ cars here from upstate for their check-ups and inspections because I trust Tariq to care about their safety.

I brought both of my vehicles to get the brakes replaced on the same day, but instead of getting them replaced at the dealership, they used aftermarket brakes. He pretended to make a phone call to the dealer, and when I requested the invoice, he promised to provide it once everything was completed. The invoice never reaches me, and instead, he requests payment in cash. One week later, my car began to produce an excessive amount of noise. After I went over to address the noise issue, he began to reschedule and asked me to come another day due to his busy schedule. I decided to consult another mechanic instead. The second mechanic realized that the brakes were aftermarket parts, resulting in the need for me to redo everything with a different mechanic.
