Had a great experience w these guys. Was about to sell my Prius and it got hit and run while parked. Blue Star dealt with insurance and had the car good as new - and detailed really nicely - and I only had to pay the deductible. Highly recommend.

I seriously can't say enough good things about this place! I had multiple issues going on with my car and was nervous about taking my car in due to bad experiences with mechanics in the past who try to take advantage of women with no car experience. This place was the complete opposite of that. From the very beginning the entire team was extremely friendly and honest about the repairs my car needed. They were up front about the costs and communicated everything with me frequently. When I came to pick up my car they had even changed my oil and cleaned the inside and outside of my car for me as a courtesy! Which was so kind and thoughtful! I have no idea what they used but the interior of my car is STILL clean and dust free 3 weeks later. My car is now running perfectly and I can't thank the team here enough for my wonderful experience. I will definitely be back for all my car's needs. Thank you guys so much for your help and kindness, you're amazing!

I am feeling SO relieved that I chose to work with Ivan, Jared and everyone at Blue Star!! The customer service, timeliness, price transparency, patience for me to get an additional quote, and quality of service is everything I could have hoped for in a body repair. And the detailing has me feeling like I’m driving a brand new car! I am so grateful for their help, will be telling all my friends, and going back there anytime I need some work. Thank you so much!

blue star is ELITE. story goes I got into a accident on my way home from work.(was not my fault) the other party agreed to pay out of pocket. I immediately went to blue star and was greeted by the best service representative CODY,she guided and assisted me with securing payout from the other party she also kept me in the loop with constant updates as repairs went along. the work was top teir and professional. I recommend highly if you're car is ever damaged especially if you have a foreign/luxury make sure you come to blue star don't even waste ya time anywhere else and if the spot you're thinking about doesn't have a Cody don't bother.
